Crews turned that on last Thursday and everything should be fine. Question the carpet in the yard and he stated Rotor-Rooter is piling items to be taken away the rugs will be included. Michael (manager) will also have somebody remove the refrigerator. Called tenant back and she was grateful for the information however still wanted to meet with me. 04/12/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Went to the site due to meeting with the Ward 5 office and had received the call that she still has no water. Arrived and met with the manager and the tenant. Did check the water and has water to the hot side and nothing to the cold side. The tenant stated that the roaches are coming from the neighbors property that is vacant where an open clean out has no cap. The pipe is exposed and has a hole around the pipe. The tenant is stating the hole filled up and the raw sewage overflowed to her property and covered some rugs that were on the ground. Your are able to see the water line on the wooden steps of how much water was on the space for the tenant. Has a refrigerator on the side of the mobile home that has bugs inside the refrigerator and will not use it. The manager will try and have it removed. The mobile home was broken into when the park was shut down. At that time was told that the mobile home was vacant by the management. The manager was going to call someone to get the water on to the mobile home. Did ask that if the property can be cleaned up and the manager wil check on getting the property cleaned up. There are some items on the property that have been moved and wanting to know if they will be moved back into place. The tenant left the site and allowed the workers to do what they have to do to get the water back on. Did go back to the Ward office to let them know what was discussed and what is going to be done.
