The property is secured and vacant where the damage was done to the enclosed carport. The house is able to remain being lived in and the door to the damaged room is locked from the interior of the house. At this time the case will be closed per the administrator Rick Saldate due to will be working with the insurance company on the repairs. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

The area has been secured on the interior of the room and plywood covering the opening. Did meet with the owner and the wall on the west side of masonry needs to be braced with kickers due to the wall is loose and free standing. The wall moves when pushed. RV. |
