Office called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the units were still on site. The vehicle hit the carport addition of a masonry wall and knocked down the north wall completely and pushed the west wall to where it leaning and cracked thorugh out. The north wall had a window and that window is broken. There was no electrical in the wall that was removed and the west wall has a outlet on wire mold. The framing will needs to be checked if still intact at the ledger board for the carport roof. The room was a bedroom and the main house is OK and able to remain in the house. The room in the carport is not able to be used and will need a permit for the repairs and replacement and showing the area as a room if to remain. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork and the family and friends will secure the area. The vehicle was removed and stayed on site. Will check site tomorrow. RV. |
