The house has new drywall in the bathrooms, new divertors at 2-bathrooms, hardwire smoke detectors are being added, new windows, the rear porch has new sheathing approx. 10' x 14', the water heater and the heating and cooling have been removed, the carport has been enclosed to a room and bedroom and has new facsia with some sheathing being replaced though out the house portion was was re-roofed. Will call the owner. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
