The house is vacant and secured. Work is being done at this time the floor is being tiled with ceramic tile. The house has new drywall in the bathrooms, new divertors at 2-bathrooms, hardwire smoke detectors are being added, new windows, the rear porch has new sheathing approx. 10' x 14', the water heater and the heating and cooling have been removed, the carport has been enclosed to a room and bedroom and has new facsia with some sheathing being replaced though out the house portion was was re-roofed. Will call the owner. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
