VISITED LARGE CONSTRUCTION SITE, DROVE THE ENTIRE FENCED PROPERTY LOOKING FOR THE GRAFFITI IN QUESTION. DID FIND A PORTIN OF FENCE SCREENING THAT HAD BEEN GRAFFITI'ED ON CONGRESS EAST OF AVENIDA DEL CONVENTO BUT FOUND IT HAD BEEN SPRAY PAINTED OVER AND ABATED. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
