Arrived on site to find a truck with a trailer and the middle of the alley was able to speak with the owner of the vehicle as well as the property owner off of Elm. States they are doing yard work and removing a chain link fence in the next couple of days and will keep the alley clear of vehicles. Will follow up to check on this situation again |
