| 03/16/2018 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | We were called out by TEP for electrical hazards. TEP found a unit being back feed from the meter socket. They also pointed out that the main grounding electrode conductor was missing for that building. The owner was notified of the condition and made aware of the corrections needed. We requested a Licensed Electrical Contractor and a permit. We gave him 86 hours to complete. He was notified that if repair was not completed that power to the building would be disconnected. Multiple tenant will be displaced. A Notice of Violation was issued to his maintenance/manager on site. The hazards are eminent but we can work with them within this time frame to abate the dangers. Other hazards were also found. |
