04/12/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved All the trenches have been covered. Still have the clean-outs still sticking out of the ground and have barricades over the pipes. The permit T18CM01996 has been issued on 3-15-18 and had an inspection to have the pipes connected on 3-19-18. At this time the case will be closed per the adminstrator Rick Saldate due to not sure of all the lines will be replaced. At this time all the units that are occupied are working. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
04/11/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received call from administator that the Ward 5 office called that the tenant in space #6 is complainting that the water is not working properly. I did let Rick know at the time of the sewer issues not working that the tenant went to the Ward office for the motel being closed to her and the tenant was not aware that she could go back to her trailer. She never said that the water was not working at that time. The tenant had stated that she may be moving out of the property due to the amount of issues on the property. Have not heard anything on this issue for space #6. Did call the property manager rep. and she was going to call the manager on site and call the plumbers to check the status of the plumbing being completed. RV.
03/20/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Came to the site to repost the Do Not Enter on space #23 and #12. Do mark the placards that were still on the mobile homes that they could be removed. Did meet with the manager and went over on what is going to be done. RV.
03/19/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the plumber on site and checked on the progress of the plumbing being connected. All the occupied units are connected except #23, #24, #12 due to the lines to those units are not able to be cleared. RV.
