| 03/13/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the units were still on site and was starting to clean up. The unit involved in the fire was on the 6th floor. There was no structual damage to the building but 2-sprinkler heads went off and flooded the unit. The water did spread out to the other units including below the area and also flooded those units. The water was stopped by T.F.D. and Kazal came and changed the heads and placed the system back on line. The area did go into crime scene and was waiting for the search warrant to be served. Did have the manger on site sign the paperwork and left the site. They were going to call if needed to have me come back to the site. Did shut down other units and the management was placing the tenants in other units. Will be checking the units tomorrow to check if some of the units can be re-occupied. RV. |
