09/30/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Checked Permits Plus and nothing has been done on the permit being issued. Did call the Achitect and out of town at this time and will try and the permit issued by morning. He is still working on placing the bicyle rack for the additional parking spaces. Court tomorrow at 9:00 AM. RV.
07/30/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	The architect will not be able to make the court hearing due to in Phoenix at this time. He will call the owner to let them know of the courts being today. The variance was not paid due to has been working with Russlyn Wells and Mark Castro from zoning on adding bike racks to the property for the additional parking spaces that are lacking. If this method is approved for submitting, the plans should be approved in a couple of weeks. The owner of the property is ready to pay for the permit once the plans have been approved. Court today at 9:00 AM. RV.
07/05/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	The court date has been changed from 7-9-19 at 9:00 AM to 7-30 19 at 9:00 AM due to the owner will out of town. The permit has been applied for, T19CM03751 and has applied for a variance due to lacking 2-parking spaces and has no room on the property at this time. RV.
05/28/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Checked permits plus and nothing has been done on getting the permit. Court is today. RV.
05/21/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Talk to the person doing the drawings and he is still working on the drawings and had a sick family member and was not working on the drawings at that time. He did state that he will be submitting the drawings soon. Did let him know that the court is on 5-28-19 at 9:30 AM. Did go over on applying for the permit. RV.
01/17/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Talk to the owner and went over the time for the court. The father is doing the work on the plans and at this time has no pemit in applied status. The court is on 1-22-19 at 10:30 and she will let the inspector know the status of the plans. The architect has called to let the city know that he has been hired. RV.

Have talk to the owner listed and when checking the records did find out that the name of the property is the daughter and will do citation for the courts. Will wait for the court date. RV.
07/17/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Talk to the owner and he was given a permit to increase the C of O T18FO00529 applied on 6-27-18 and issued on 7-17-18 by T.F.D. Did let the owner know that the permit is still required for the enclosing the porch to indoor dinning. The porch was approved when the building was built and than enclosed the porch. The owner will take the permit from T.F.D. to check if the permit is still required for the enclosing the porch. Will check in 10 days. RV.
05/15/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Talk to the owner and they are having issues getting enough parking spaces. They do not have enough spaces for what they have now and would have to buy land to add more spaces. The architect has been working on the drawings on the building but are having issues on the parking spaces. Will check in 45 days. RV.
