Went to the property and did look at the area that was a porch and now part of the dinning room area and connected to the main dinning area. The C of O that is posted is still showing 50 people for occupancy. The area now should show close to a 100 people for occupancy. Did talk to the manager who is the daughter of the owner over on what is needed on the changes made with out a permit and will check the records on what has been approved. Fire has been on site and questioning the C of O Certificate. RV. |
