Received an emergency call fromTPD, for an unsecured multi dwelling property where they had arrested three people in property. Arrived on site and found fence panels at the rear of the complex open. Inside the complex found three unboarded door openings. Tpd tried to call owner however was only able to reach the lender. This property was condemned back in 2016 with several change of ownership, however still no movement forward of Rehabilitation of property. Electrical drops still at front and rear of property however electrical system throughout has been tampered and is hazardous. Contacted administrator Rick Saldate, and informed him of the particulars of this case and how I wanted to address them. First call TEP to have power cut at poles, was done. Second to call bathcrest and have 3 Doors re- nailed. I would be able to chain the two sections of fence with what I had in the vehicle. Was given the okay by Rick Saldate. Will follow up tomorrow on the power kill because it was going to be done later tonight |
