Wanted to open up the structure to evaluate damage and have abracadabra contractor to do the cleaning. I advised mrs. Bender the only restrictions we do have on the property is that it remains clean and clear and the structure remains secured. Meaning if they do open up the structure that they make sure that it is secure before they leave the property. She states she would and would also include me in any further action on the property. At this point will move to close out this case as it was merely an informational meeting on the property |
