arrived on site, to find no squatters on the property at this time period found a large pile of debris from the recent cleanup on the front curb area, I believe tpd made an agreement that they were going to help him pick up this pile. What the rest of the property found it to be secured and all trash and debris weeds and grass were removed. Will move to put in a work order for the cruise to pick up the pile at the front curb |

Arrived on site to check follow up and found more work had been done on the west side front yard to include all the way out to the edge of the curb as we discussed in our last meeting one week ago with property owner. Owner is moving forward step by step on outside clean up will continue to work and follow up on this case |

Arrived on site and met with owner Mr Wolfgang who was already on site. He had cleaned the West curb area allowing a four foot section clean and clear. Had also cleaned up the West Side yard of trash and debris. Was working on securing the fence gate and locking up the rear kitchen door. He again had squatters on his property over the weekend and damaged both the door and the gate. Would continue the cleanup in the front yard all the way out to the curb area. And would also start on the side yard debris over the wall with a follow-up do next Wednesday. Owner would give me a call when he is completed with the hasp to the kitchen door today |

Arrived on site and found homeowner here at the property spraying the weeds. Showed me areas where he had cleaned over the weekend and will follow up with more cleaning tomorrow because he is on his way to work. Found everything locked up and no squatters here today. Already working a case with this owner |
