Arrived on site to this large property where I found a duplex knock on front unit however appeared to be vacant. Found down cactus in front and a small bag of what looked to be floor tile alongside of the main house structure. The back unit could be seen through a chain-link fence again also appeared to be vacant no trash or debris in backyard will move to notice of violation for the trash and debris and the down cactus in a notice of violation and then follow up |
