There is a large amount of trash and debris around where the person is staying. Did talk to John and he will be moving soon. He did state that he will be moving all the carts and picking up the trash. Did talk to the manager at the business and they have signed the tresspassing letter on 2-21-18 and has heard nothing else since that date. The business is having issues with the person sleeping on the doorway to the business at time on cold weather or rainy days. Will call Becky Chaves on the homeless protocol. RV. |
