The fire investigators on site and were doing interviews of witnesses. Was asked to check units that could get electrical turned back on due to the building was off. Did check units and only #306 was turned off at the meter and #305 was left off at the breaker only until check tomorrow due to water was dripping from the ceiling. Unit #304 has some water damage on the south wall and the carpet was wet in several areas where meeting the walls. Units #308, #307, #303 were checked and one unit needed to have the blower turned due to found smoke in the unit but was cleared. The burned unit was burned in the bedroom and went into the bathroom. The unit has heavy smoke damage and the bedroom window broke from the fire. The tenants from this unit were going to be placed in a unit on site. The manager signed the paperwork and the maintenance was going to secure the unit. The unit went into crime scene and due to may be for some time did leave the site and would be called back if needed. RV. |
