03/03/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Per the administrator Rick Saldate came to the property to check if anyone in the house. Arrived and knocked on the door and no one answered. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and appeared that someone was in the house. Did check the door knob and was opened. While checking if anyone in the house did find a male Jeff Adair. He did agree to leave the site and advised to remove anything he wanted. He stated that he has no where to take the items in the house. I did advise that the door will be boarded up. All the openings have been boarded up or the windows screwed shut. The property belongs to the Bank of America. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the front door secured. The person wanted to get back in and did advise that the bank owns the property and he can get with the bank. All the windows had the sheets pulled down to see the interior of the house from the exterior of the house through out. RV.
