Checked the are for homeless camps and due to the amount of rain not able to find some camps. Did go under one of the tunnels and to dark and to far in. Will go with more people and T.P.D. to go further into the tunnel. Did see a large amount of trash bags bagged up and piled up against a wall in the tunnel and to far in to check how many. RV. |

Entered Culverts part way. area too dark to proceed. Need mor back-up. Large pile of trash bags in large culvert. Check with supervision on how to proceed. This address is a small cleared vaccant lot. Culverts go under other properties. |
