Ask them if they had electricity which he responded no they are overdue on the electricity bill and have been shut off for a week. They are working on trying to get the electricity started. Let him know that he cannot be living in this unit as he has no electricity to occupy the unit. He could be here during the day but cannot be here during the night. He understood also advised him I would be posting on the front window and also called and spoke to management. Kyle from management was here so a copy of the abatement order and a signed indemnification paperwork was also done. |
