NO FURTHER ISSUES AT THSI TIME. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE.
03/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REVISITED SITE, WITH RICK HOLLANDER. KNOCKED ON FRONT DOOR AND WINDOW, BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. WE TRIED TO INSPECT THE ELECTRICAL FROM THE ALLEY. RICK STATED THAT THE 60 AMP SERVICE IS PROBABLY THE ORIGINAL SERVICE. A HOLE IN THE ROOF OVERHANG ALLOWED WATER TO DUMP ONTO THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE PANEL EVERY TIME IT RAINS. RICK FEELS THAT THE INTERIOR PARTS OF THE SERVICE PANEL ARE RUSTED AND MAY BE A HAZARD AS RUST IS DETERIORATION. THE FEED TO THE SERVICE PANEL FROM THE POLE IS LOWER THAT 8 FT. AND HAS BEEN CUT PRIOR TO OUR INSPECTION BUT DONE BY TEP.
SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE AND INFORMED HIM OF OUR FINDINGS, LET HIM KNOW IT WAS OWNER OCCUPIED, AND OF FELIX'S CASE.
