TENNANT IN 141 HAD POWER AND THE OCCUPANT IN 143 DID NOT. OCCUPANT IN 143 HAD SEVEN VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY THAT HE WAS WORKING ON THAT DID NOT BELONG TO HIM. I EXPLAINED TO THE AND OCCUPANT THAT A PERSON CAN ONLY WORK ON HIS OWN CARS WHERE HE LIVES AND NO OTHER PERSONS VEHICLES. EXPLAINED TO OWNER HE WOULD NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VEHICLES ON SITE IF THE OCCUPANT DID NOT TAKE CARE OF HAVING THEM REMOVED. NOV WAS ISSUED FOR NO ELECTRIC AND JUNK MOTOR VEHICLES. UNIT WAS POSTED "UNFIT TO OCCUPY ". NOV ISSUED AND SIGNED FOR BY YASH SHAH, PROPERTY MANAGER, 10 DAYS GEVEN TO REMOVE VEHICLES.
SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE WHO STATED CASE COULD BE CLOSED ONCE VEHICLES HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
