The office call and Laurie the management assistance stated the T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and all the units were cleared and the captain was on site. The fire was in the southwest bedroom only but has heavy smoke damage through out the house. Two set of double hung windows were broken. Has a single double hung window not able to close and was boarded. Did have one double hung window single with a window AC and was pushed in and boarded up. The doors were screwed shut on the security doors. The electrical and the gas were removed at the meters due to the damage of the fire. No vent holes were cut. The main structure is OK and more of a content fire. The drywall in the bedroom is all burned on the upper areas and not on the bottom. The owner was transported to the hospital and called Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. The rear yard has a pool with water at the bottom and the wooden gate was not self closing and was also screwed shut. Posted the N.O.V. and Do Not Enter on the front window. RV. |
