arrived on site for follow up to find front yard and porch area clean and clear. Walked alongside to carport area found items nice and neat and vehicles parked properly and carport. Then checked alley easement to find it clean and clear. At this point will move to close out this case |

Arrived on-site for follow up, called property owner however no answer. Followed up with several knocks to the front door and again no answer. Front porch abated, items along front steps also abated. Debris runs along side yard and sidewalk area also abated. White Jeep Cherokee with all good tires and glass and in carport a non-issue. Large pile of brush and bulky items in alley with pickup in the area this week. Only issue remaining is more items need to be removed from carport area. Posted a notice on front door for owner to call me, and will follow up |

Arrived on site for follow up to find property in the same condition with no real change to any of the violations. Did receive a phone message from property owner who stated she has been out of state for the last 6 weeks and just now got my notice. Will speak with property owner and set parameters as far as cleaning up goes |
