Met with inspector and found electrical hazards to include, but not limited to: unsheilded, broken or missing light fixtures. Broken conduits, exposed to the weather receptacle. At the service we have service disconnects that are not ablke to be secured close poising hazards, interior parts damaged and disconnects seperating from the deteriorated backing board. The grounding for the services was not installed code compliant. The laundry room panel does not have proper working clearences and added NM cables exposed and unsecured to the enclouser. There was a outlet box with unused openings. There is new power for the roof a/c's. |
