Date Description Inspector Results Comments
02/14/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Met with the inspector to determine electrical hazards. Forund Grounded receptacles on non-grounded circuits. Gfci were missing at kitchen and bathroom changed receptacles. Receptacles had excessive paint on the faces poising fire hazards. There were missing coverplates for devices. I found broken amd missing light fixture parts. New panels have been installed on the interior of existing closets.
02/13/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a broken water line. Arrived and the units are still on site and the water has been turned off. The water is leaking in the bathroom ceiling and in the hallway. The flooring of VCT and carpet have water. The bathroom ceiling has fallen and has wiring that has been spliced at the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The electrical meter was removed due to the amount of damage to the unit. Did do a posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. The nephew took the tenants to a hotel until tomorrow. They did pick another unit on site to move to once the electrical is turned back on. The nephew has been talking to the owner in California and signed the paperwork. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero on doing other inspection on the other units and checking the electrical. Did remove another meter due to the disconnect not connected to the backer board. Will be checking the other units tomorrow at daylight hours. RV.
