Did not see any signs of cracking on the floor covering or separation anywhere in these two areas. Flooring seem to be a subfloor and did give while walking on it but still very supportive and again no cracking or separation seen. Was able to call the manager who asked that the tenant call in and put in a work order and she would have the maintenance person check on the situation. At this point will monitor the case and no notice of violation will be sent out. Will follow up next Thursday with manager | |
