Met with the owner on site and was working on a porch being added to the front of the mobile home attached. The porch is not bearing on the mobile home and has post and a beam carrying the weigh of the roof of the porch. Has a block stem wall with a wood deck and the porch on top of the wood joists. Approx. 12' x 15'. Will do N.O.V. |
