BAIT BOXES PLACED OUT FOR RODENTS AND POISON PLACED IN CEILING AND AROUND RENTAL UNIT UNIT WAS ALSO TREATED FOR ROACHES. LEAK IN CEILING FIXED AND REPAIRED, GARBAGE DISPOSAL REPLACED. KITCHEN IS DIRTY WITH DISHES AND FOOD ON THE GROUND. FLOOR HAS DIRT AND CRUMBS ON FLOORING. EXPLAINED TO OCCUPANT SHE NEEDS TO DO HER PART TO GET RID OF THE ROACHES AND RODENTS BY CLEANING UP. OCCUPANT HAS REMOVED THE CARPET IN LIVING ROOM COMPLETELY AND APPEARS TO BE HOSING DOWN THE LIVING ROOM WITH A HOSE. SUSPECT IT'S TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE DOG IN THE UNIT. THE KITCHEN LINOLEUM HAS BEEN PULLED UP AND IS LAYING ON THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN. OCCUPANT COMPLAINED ABOUT TERMITES. CHECKED UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS. DID NOT SEE ANY TUNNELING OF ANY SORT. EXPLAINED TO OCCUPANT I DID NOT SEE ANY SIGNS OF TERMITES. BUT I WOULD LET THE PROPERTY MANAGER KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE. PROPERTY MANAGER WILL CONTINUE TO TREAT UNIT FOR ROACHES, RODENTS AND NOW TERMITES. ISSUED NOV FOR FLOORING AND FOR MISSING OUTLET COVERS.
