Did research to find both water and electricity were established in Dec of 2017. Electricity was under a reconnect permit as well. Met with Judy and Mrs Chadwick and expressed TPD concerns, states two back units are occupied however main house is not. We were allowed into main house and found it not to be occupied at this time, checked the mail panel to find it not energized and not functionalable. Advised supervision at at this point code enforcement has no case. Will move to close out this case. |
