Met with the tenant and she showed me around the house. The gas furnace has been tagged by SWG and not working at this time, the roof leaks in the area of the wash room and furnace room, the electrical is not working in some of the rooms of the hallway, south bedroom by living room, the smoke detectors are not working, the cover panel fell for the access to the attic, the garage has been converted into living space to the house, has a JMV in the front yard by the garage on the west side. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
