Had received a call from owner a couple days previous and was able to retrieve that message and a phone call was placed to the owner. Owner states he is out of town and has come by to assess the situation in the process of hiring a contractor. Will get back with me as to what he does to cure it and when they can do the work. Will continue to follow up on this case |
