Knocked several times on door and finally somebody answered inside the apartment however did not want to come out, and refused to let us in. Asked about the electricity and she stated she doesn't know she is not a tenet here and again refused to let us in. Advised her that I would be posting on the property and that she could not be living here or staying in the unit after the sun goes down. Posted on front window advised Veronica the manager what was going on. Called Officer P. Hould and he would follow up on the matter |
