The masonry columns are still in place and will need to do an inspection before the roof can be done. No inspection have been done at this time. Has court tomorrow at 9:30 AM and they will be there tomorrow. RV.

02/05/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No permit has been issues and does have a permit in applied status. Did talk to the owner and is still trying to find someone to do the drawings. Did go over that the citation is being issued and still has time to get the permit. Did citation and turned in for processing. Will wait for the court date. RV.

08/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner and he was working on what he wants to do on the roof. Did go over that the columns are still up and that will require a permit if they are to remain on site. Still have the porch in the rear of the property. He will start the drawings soon. Will check in 30 days. RV.
06/20/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Talk to the owner and the metal roof has been removed and the masonry columns are still up and let the owner know that the permit is still required if the columns are to remain standing. Did let the owner know that the rear porch needs to be shown on the plans when approved. Will check with zoning. RV.
05/01/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The permit is in applied status and lacking the building approval. Did talk to the owner of the property and not able to have the metal framing approved due will be requiring a certification approval on the welding of the metal. The owner will be removing the metal from the block columns and changing to wood. He has to re-do the plans showing the wood being installed instead of the metal. The owner will have the plans re-done and that will re-submit for approval with the wood on the roof framing. Will check in 45 days. RV.
