CAR HIT THE ROW OF MAIL BOXS THAT WERE FRAMED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE OPENING THERE WERE 9 BANKS OR SETS OF MAILBOXS WITH 35 BOXES PER SET. OR 315 BOXES. FORCE OF THE CAR HITTING THE MAILBOXES DAMAGED STUDS AND DRYWALL IN UNIT #5107. UPON MY ARRIVAL OCCUPANT MAYZAK WAS PLACED IN A MOTEL AND TAKEN THERE BY MANAGEMENT. BEDROOM AND CLOSET WERE THE AREAS WHERE DAMAGED OCCURED. 8 STUDS WERE DAMAGED AND DISPLACED FROM THE BOTTOM PLATE APPROX 18 FT X 8 OF DRYWALL DAMAGE. A DOOR OPENING IN A RETURN WALL WAS DAMAGED. (MOSTLY DRYWALL) THERE WAS ELECTRICAL IN THE WALL, MINOR DAMAGE BASICALLY STRETCHED THE WIRE WHERE STUDS WERE DISPLACED. ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE SUTH WALL WAS A AREA FRAMED FOR THE MAILBOXES TO SET IN. FRAMING AND STUCCO FOR THE MAILBOX FRAMING WAS DAMAGED, APPROX 6 FT X 24 FT, STUCCO DAMAGE APPROX 4 FT X 24 FT. CAR WAS ABLE TO BE DRIVEN AND PARKED IN THE PARKING LOT. FIELD NOVS ISSUED FOR PERMITS REQUIRED AND EMERGENCY VACATE NOV FOR UNIT 5107. NO BOARDING WAS REQUIRED. NOV SIGNED FOR BY MAINTANENCE PABLO MARTINEZ |
