Arrived on site to property and knock on front door several times however no answer. Did my exterior inspections to find trash and debris buy front curb along both side yards and a pile of vegetation by front carport, all trash and debris more boxes and debris along side yard as well will move to notice of violation. Made contact with neighbor who stated tenants moved out about 2 weeks ago |
