There are sheets on the counch and pillows. Explained I received a photo from 05-31-2018 at 11:00PM with lights on the interior. If we receive another I explained that the unit will be boared up. No evidence of clean up or geting ready for sale.

03/13/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Follow-up inspection occupant inside working on plans and clean-up. She said she is not here after hours.
03/06/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Follow-up inspection Met with the owner, Inspector Vidal, and owners rep for construction. Pointed out discrepancies of structural, mechanical and electrical. Explained the need for drawings and permits.
Was shown the removed postings and NOV. They were inside the unit.
03/06/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and workers that will be assisting on the remodeling of the unit. Did go over the permits being required due to the amount of work being done. Did find a floor joist cut for a pipe in the middle of the span of the joist. Had a closet and a wall has been removed to convert the area for sleeping area. The drywall has been removed in the bathroom, the closet completely and the kitchen ceiling. The drop ceilig has been removed in the bathroom and hallway. Part of the kitchen wall has been removed to make a halfwall. Doing modification to the ductwork which is round pipe ducts to the different rooms. Did go over what needs to placed on the drawings and they will start the drawings. RV.
02/28/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to give Citation to inspector Hollander. Did the re-posting due to have been removed. T.P.D. on site and citation given to the owner of the unit. RV.
02/28/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Follow-up inspection Posting were removed again. Owner on site slamed door in my face when informed she should not be there. I called TPD for assistance. I called Supervisor to notify of the situation. While on the phone the owner came back out screaming I was trespassing and needed to leave. TPD had already been called. TPD removed owner Jannette McIntosh and Earnest Black from the unit in handcuffs. I served owner with citation which was signed by Officer A. Boucher due to the handcuffs. She was given the citation when she was released from the handcuffs. She was ordered to leave the unit. Unit was reposted Do Not Occupy. TPD case #1802282301.

02/15/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received an email from the property manager that there is still work going on at night. Supervision instructed me to let them know to call TPD and report building violations sa as an on-call inspector may respond.
02/09/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Follow-up inspection Found people working. "Stop Work" sign missing. Reposted and ordered all work to stop. Contacted TEP. Contacted and met with Managment.
