FOUND NO ACTIVE HOMELESS CAMPS ON THE PROPERTY, WALKED THE ENTIRE EMPTY LOT. FOUND ONE ABANDONED CAMP AND ONE POSSIBLE ILLEGAL DUMPING SPOT. THERE WAS A BLOCK WALL ON THE WEST SIDE, CHAIN LINK ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND A 4 FT DIRT BERM ON THE EAST AND NORTH SIDES. ABANDONED CAMP WAS ON THE N/W CORNER. NOV TO FOLLOW FOR TRASH AND DEBRIS. |
