Arrived on site and met with tenant Christina who showed me into the property. Her concerns was the prong to the dryer was burnt and no longer uses the dryer because of it. Showed me to a small panel in closet which was not labeled for any circuits. Then had an issue with the Arizona room and what she calls an added bathroom. Will have to do research on the property for permits are original plans. Did advisor her I would be doing the research she stated they are moving out in 30 days, they have been there since 2009 |
