Met with the tenant and did an inspection on the mobile home. Found no steps on the side door, the exterior doors not sealed, the floors have soft spots or holes, the mobile home appears to not be level, the water heater had a yellow tag and was removed by the owner, the drywall is lacking in the area of the water heater and able to see the bathroom area and leaks into the rear bedroom, the windows are not locking and found screws holding the windows shut, the furnace is not working, the roof appears to be leaking, dead front lacking on electrical panel in the bedroom, and has issues on the appliances. Will let the tenants look for another place due to has a new born baby in the mobile home. Will come back later to have the unit condemned. Did talk to supervisor Martin Romero and went over the situation on the property and agreed to come back in the afternoon. RV. |
