Rec'd a call from new owner Larry 520-591-7660, states they will be cleaning the property as of today, but cannot get into the back yard because of my locks. Made contact with worker Mr Vasquez and gave him keys and advised him to lock the gates to the pool when he leaves the property. Will follow up on next Tuesday |

Arrived on site and met with concerned neighbor. What the property together to find no real change except for the junk motor vehicle being removed. She showed me to the back door area which was unlocked. Was able to yell in the house and clear it and then lock the back door it being secured. Pool in backyard with water in it clean at this point and can see the bottom. Was able to lock the side gate on the east side of the house and then lock a side wrought iron gate on the west side of the house as in no access to backyard and pool area. Called the original owner in Chandler Arizona and he States the property was just sold two weeks ago. Will have to research with the county assessor as to who the new owner is and move forward with the new owner. Let the neighbor know what I found out and how we would we moving forward with this case |

Arrived on site and found the property in the same condition as when we first sent notice of violation. Keller Williams Real Estate person stated new owner was going to close on the property at the beginning part of March and cleanup would soon take place afterwards. As of today no action in so far as the cleanup. Called and left a message for Real Estate person to call me back as to what the progress is on the new owner |
