OCCUPANT COMPLAINED TO APT MGMT YESTERDAY 1/16/18. PEST CONTROL WAS ON SITE AND DID DO AN INSPECTION AND VERIFIED THAT THE OWNER DID NOT HAVE ROACHES BUT HAD BED-BUGS. AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED TO HAVE RENTAL UNIT #B217 TREATED FOR BEDBUGS. OCCUPANT WAS ADVISED TO DISPOSE OF A CHAIR THAT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY BAD. SEVERAL TREATMENTS HAVE BEEN SET FOR 1/23, 2/6, 3/6. OCCUPANT HAS BEEN ADVISED TO PREP THEIR RENTAL UNIT FOR THE TREATMENT OR THE UNIT CAN NOT BE TREATED. |
