01/16/2018 -Arrived on site however no unit was put on work order well several units are out on site. Was able to call and speak with tenant of number 10 who is the caller. State she has been at the property for 8 to 10 years with various problems from water to roof and now having issues with bed bugs in the interior. Tenant is not on site however did make an appointment for Thursday. Also gave her information to call Pima County Health Department on the bed bugs as the City of Tucson does not do that. Will address the roof and water leaks in the interior on Thursday |
