No one was home and did call the tenant and she came to the site. Did do an inspection and did observe rat droppings in the kitchen and storage room areas. They did have sticky traps through out the kitchen and the closets and some had rats. In the storage room has a water heater and the T.P.R. drain line is not connected to the existing line that goes to the exterior. It appears that the water heater has been replaced. The smoke detectors are not working in the hall and lacking in the bedrooms. The sliding glass door is not sealed when closed and appears that the fixed panel is from a differnet door. The doors are not inter olocking when the slider is closed. Did call the property manager and they will look at the issues on the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
