Was walking the property with owner and maint when we noticed an extension cord runing from downstair to upstairs unit. With owner help was able to speak to both parties, Had bottom unit disconnect the cord and posted on the top unit. Advised tenant he could not be there after dark and he stated he would try to have the power back on by the end of the day |
