Did call the person that install the fencing due to the fencing is going to be removed from the property. The AC unit has been removed from the property and the stand for the cooler has been removed. The house is vacant and secured at this time. The garage door is opened and nothing of value is in the garage. Only trash and debris has been left in garage at this time. The truck had the metal bed removed from the truck. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
08/12/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Came to the property to open the gate to meet the contractor for the lid for the septic tank installation. Did call the office and was not abe to make contact with the office but did get a text that they were not coming and had to re-schedule. The owner was on site working on removing the white pick up from the property. Will wait for the call on the lid being brought to the property. RV.
08/12/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The lid for the septic tank will be installed on 8-19-19 at 9:00 to 9:30 AM. They did call and was not scheduled today. Will check next week. RV.
08/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved On site to have the septic tank drained and remove the concrete lid from the tank. Met with the owner on site to let him know on what is going to be done. Southwest septic Service did the work on cleaning the septic tank. RV.
07/13/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Came to the site with a small crew to finish cleaning of the property. Did around the house and cleaned all the majority of the trash and debris and will have a crew come and clean all the areas next to the chain link fencing, the masonry wall and aroune the house and the garage. RV.
07/12/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was on the property with 3-crews from the brush and bulky crews. The inmates were on site with all the crews. Trees were trimmed to allow getting the trash and debris around the trees to clean. Called Gary's towing to have the vehicles removed. A cut up bus, a car, a metal frame from a demo'ed 5th wheel trailer. Have a box without the tires on the ground and that has been sold and the person who bought it was suppose to come and pick it up. Filled one loader with tires from the property. Filled 3-loaders with trash and debris. will be working tomorrow to try and finish the cleaning of the property. The septic lid was broken when one of the loaders backed to get behind the house. Called Carlos De La Torre to let him know that the lid was broken on the septic tank. RV.
02/11/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner on site and his wife has been placed in a home for care. The property has not been cleaned and still working on the cleaning. The owner has been injured again. Not much has been done to clean the property and the owner has stated that the property is being sold. The church next door is trying to buy the property and is in the process of doing the paperwork to buy the property. A lot of the items on the property have been sold and waiting to be picked up. Has court tomorrow at 10:30 AM. RV.
11/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did an inspection on the property and no change since the last inspection. Did talk to the owner and he is trying to salvage the material to sell for scrap. Did go over the court order to have the property cleaned up and he was having a hard time with the result. Did go over that we have ran out of time to wait for him to clean this property. Do have court tomorrow at 10:30 and will show up. The owner talk about that he has talk to the VA for assistance before and advise that he should do it again to check if they can assist in the clean up of the property. Will wait for the results from the court. RV.
10/08/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and the owner has been injuried and not able to come to the gate. There is some progress and not completed. Have talk to the owner that he does not have to go to the court and will ask for an extension. RV.
07/05/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the friend of the owner and placed a Do Not Enter on the front door of the travel trailer. The electrical is being powered by extension cords to a sub panel on the garage area. The owner stating that no one has been on site for the travel trailer for a month. Did do the N.O.V. and the friend of the owner signed the paperwork. Not able to remove the electrical to the mobile home due to connected to the main house electrical. Will be checking if a dumpster can be brought to the property to assist on removing the trash and debris. RV.

03/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Front gate is opened and was able to look around. No one on site and was able to take pictures. Will do citation. RV.
02/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was taking pictures for court and found the owner on the property and was able to talk to him. He has started to clean the property and stated that he has gone through this before. Has trailers on the property and people living in the trailers and the owner stated that they are people who help him clean the property. Did go over that they are not allowed to stay in the trailers and will check with Russlyn Well the zoning adminsstrator. Will check in 20 days. RV.
