01/08/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Received call from office that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the units still on site and the vehicle has moved. An investigation is on going due to witnesses and where the vehicle was found that hit the building. The vehicle hit unit #1187 on the west side and damage to the wood frame with foam and stucco with drywall on the interior. The area was an off set from the exterior design used for shelving in the kitchen area. The wood studs were damaged on the bottom section of the off set and the main structure is OK and the tenants will remain in the unit. No electrical was on the damaged area but will have to check in the upper section when the repairs are done. The management had a contractor on site cleaning the area and was making the needed adjustments to cover the area. The management signed the paperwork and the tenants were not on site and were trying to locate the tenants to check for other damage to the tenants items. RV.
