Property is posted "No tresspassing" & gate is unlocked. Front door is cracked open. Spoke with a person fimilar with the property. They explained the type of people occuping the unit. He has concerns for the neighboorhood. Called and left message for owner to call me regarding the unsecured property. Owners name is Dagmar Leichtenberg and she works at 3350 E Grant. |
