Arrived on site to find one homeless encampment on property. Was able to meet with four occupants under one tree with 1/10 advise them that they had to move along off of this private property. Called and address this with tpd officer Preston Hood. Photos taken for weed and grass throughout this large vacant parcel will move to notice of violation for out-of-state owner |
