Arrived and the unit still on site and the house was vacant and unsecured. In the rear had a broken window and plywood was in the area and was taken off. Had another window that was able to lock and that also had plywood in the area and was loose. The windows in the front of the house were opened and was able to lock. Did make contact with the owner and he gave the code to the lock box in the front of the house. Was able to lock the front door with the key. The owner was out of town and will be back tomorrow. The house is being worked on and the window have just been changed to new insulated with vinyl frames. No paperwork was done due to the owner is working on the house and the unit is secured at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
